Well one Chicago dependent decided to tell the rest of Murica to hold their beer regarding messing with muh Constitions by working a plan that would tax people when they buy their newly legal pots and then take that monies and slide that on over to black folks for muh reparations and whatnot.
Just grab your popcorn, kids, and watch the entertainment ensue should this plan to tax potheads and pay black folk actually attempt to be executed. I, for one, am sure to get tremendous lulz from all of the soon-to-be-converging factions will provide over the coming days, weeks, maybe even months…my gosh…maybe…MAYBE EVEN YEARS!
Chicago Suburb To Give Reparations To Black Citizens By Taxing Marijuana – Daily Caller

The city of Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, is drafting up a plan to tax the sale of marijuana to fund reparations for black citizens, the Washington Post reports.
The city council passed a measure 8 to 1 on November 25 to appropriate 3% of the tax revenue from marijuana sales for a reparations program for African Americans over the next ten years, setting the cap at $10 million, according to the Washington Post. Marijuana for recreational use will become legal in Illinois on January 1st.
